They do, just turn on your radio. Your warm fuzzy memory of this song from decades ago, last century as a matter of fact, will be like some 40 yr old decades from now lamenting how no one writes good pop tunes like that late great band,Third Eye Blind or Three Doors Down.

This album made it to America at roughly the same time as the first Black Sabbath album. The guys in both bands have an almost identical look: mustached guitar player, greasy shoulder length butt-cut on lead vocals, minimal drum kit, tiny guy playing giant fender bass. If the edison lighthouse album would have entered the collective unconscious as the premier dope-smoking soundtrack for the teenagers of the world, today's stoner rock would be infinitely more hilarious.

Imagine how infectiously catchy and toe-tapping Sleep's Holy Mountain album would be: an hour of epic pop.

..crossing the first Black Sabbath album with the bouncy catchiness of this song and how the string section going along with the melody..well, it might be some of the greatest music of all time.

We will never know, huh?

You should ask Buzz and Dale to cover it once. Wouldn't that be swell?
